We are seeking dedicated Montessori Assistants to join the founding team of our 0–3 years community.

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in setting up and maintaining the Montessori environment.
• Support independence and holistic growth through Montessori practices.
• Care for children with respect, patience, and attentiveness.
• Assist with observation, classroom preparation, and daily routines.
• Contribute to building a positive, collaborative school culture.

Requirements:

• Experience with infants/toddlers preferred.
• Montessori assistant training is an advantage.
• Native English speaker OR native Mandarin speaker.
• Team player with initiative and reliability.
• Already in Cambodia/ Willingness to relocate to Cambodia
