Montessori Assistant (3–6 years) Founding Team
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

We are seeking enthusiastic Montessori Assistants to join the start-up team for the 3–6 years (Casa/Children’s House) community.

Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in managing the Montessori classroom.
• Prepare materials, maintain order, and observe children respectfully.
• Help shape a supportive and welcoming environment as part of the founding staff.
• Ensure children’s safety, independence, and well-being.

Requirements:

• Experience with children aged 3–6 preferred.
• Montessori assistant training a plus.
• Native English speaker OR native Mandarin speaker.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude.
• Already in Cambodia/ Willingness to relocate to Cambodia
