Are you a Montessori-trained educator with a deep love for early childhood development and a craving for adventure? This is your chance to turn your passion into a once-in-a-lifetime journey.

I am the personal assistant of a young, warm, and adventurous family embarking on a full year of slow travel through Central and South America with their two daughters — 2 years old and a newborn (2 weeks old).

We're seeking a full-time Montessori Educator/Nanny to join them on this unforgettable experience.

This is not your average childcare role. It’s a unique opportunity to:

• Guide the oldest one's learning with daily Montessori-inspired activities
• Nurture the newborn with loving, attentive care
• Immerse yourself in new cultures, languages, and landscapes
• Become a trusted part of a family, creating lasting memories together

You must have:

• 2+ years of Montessori experience (ages 2+)
• Experience with infants (3+ months)
• Native English or at least 10 years in an english speaking country
• Readiness to travel full-time for 12+ months
• A warm, proactive, and reliable presence
