French-English Montessori Guide for Infant (Phnom Penh)

We are a Chinese family in Phnom Penh seeking a Montessori Guide or Montessori-trained educator fluent in both French and English to engage with our 7 month old baby.

Role Description
Spend focused time speaking in French and English with our baby in a calm, home-based environment. Each session is 2 hours. We would like the Guide to provide natural language exposure through conversation, songs, movement, storytelling, and interactive play, always following Montessori principles of observation and gentle guidance. The emphasis is not on formal lessons but on rich, responsive interaction that encourages listening, imitation, and joyful discovery. We already have an in-house nanny for daily care, but once the child is comfortable with you, we will leave the baby fully in your care during sessions so you can focus on meaningful engagement.

Requirements
Fluency in French and English is essential. Montessori 0–3 training (Assistants to Infancy) or early childhood experience is preferred. Candidates must already be in Phnom Penh. We are open to physical interviews or a trial session with shortlisted applicants.
