Roots & Wings Montessori School, Surrey

Roots & Wings Montessori School is seeking an exceptional Montessori Guide to lead our Casa (3–6) community in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

For more than 40 years, Roots and Wings Montessori has been committed to authentic Montessori education. We are looking for an experienced Montessori leader who is passionate about mentoring educators, nurturing children, and helping shape the future of our school.

This is more than a classroom role. You will guide our Casa programme, support and coach educators, uphold authentic Montessori principles, build strong relationships with families, and work collaboratively with our leadership team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous growth.

The successful candidate will hold an AMI or MACTE-accredited Casa (3–6) Diploma (or an equivalent internationally recognised Montessori qualification) and have a minimum of five years of Casa teaching experience. Leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
