Ruh Continuum School is seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Early Years to lead our Montessori environments for children aged 3–6 years.

Part of the SSVM Institutions legacy of over 30 years in education, Ruh Continuum School was founded with a vision to create innovative, thoughtfully designed learning environments that place the child at the heart of education. Ruh brings together authentic Montessori practice with progressive and future-focused approaches to learning within a deeply nurturing school culture.

The ideal candidate must hold an AMI 3–6 Diploma and demonstrate strong experience in authentic Montessori practice, team leadership, and parent engagement.

The role involves overseeing the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Early Years environments, mentoring and supporting educators, maintaining high pedagogical standards, and fostering a collaborative and nurturing culture within the school community. The candidate should be confident in guiding staff through observation, coaching, and professional development, while building positive and respectful relationships with parents and families.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, warm, and deeply committed to Montessori principles, while also being open to thoughtfully integrating complementary educational approaches where appropriate. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential.
