Ruh Early Years & Ruh Continuum School are seeking passionate and experienced AMI trained Montessori Lead Guides for the 0-3 years and 3-6 years programmes. Our school provides a nurturing environment where children develop holistically through the Montessori approach and adoption of some best practices from Reggio Emilia and Waldorf.

Responsibilities include creating a prepared environment that meets the developmental needs of children, fostering independence, and supporting each child’s learning journey. The ideal candidate will guide children using a positive disciplining approach, respect their natural development, and encourage self-discipline. They will collaborate with colleagues, maintain a positive attitude, and support school leadership to design age-appropriate experiences.

The role involves observing and documenting children’s progress, maintaining records, and communicating effectively with parents. The successful candidate will engage in professional development opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Montessori programmes.

Candidates must have an AMI Montessori certification for the relevant age group (0-3 or 3-6), be fluent in English, and have at least 2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori setting. We offer a compelling salary package and opportunities for professional growth.
