Founded in 1964, SCM is a nonprofit Montessori school serving 220 students, ages 18 months to 15 years. Located in the breathtaking Santa Cruz area, where redwood forests meet the sparkling Monterey Bay.

Who We’re Looking For:

• AMI Montessori certification and a Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of five years of experience guiding children ages 3-6
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• A guide who inspires colleagues, guides students with warmth and confidence, and embraces the Montessori philosophy in every interaction
