Serendipity Montessori is seeking a warm, dedicated AMI-trained 6–12 teacher to join our small and close-knit elementary community of children aged 6–9 years.

We place strong emphasis on community, culture, nature, and learning beyond the classroom. Regular excursions, time outdoors, and authentic Montessori practice are central to our daily work.

You will work alongside a full-time English-speaking AMI-trained teacher, forming a collaborative teaching team that supports each child’s academic, social, and emotional development.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Is AMI 6–12 trained
• Can legally work in Switzerland or EU
• Is German or English speaking
• Values authentic Montessori practice
• Enjoys building strong relationships with children and families
• Communicates confidently and warmly with parents
• Brings empathy, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit
• Appreciates outdoor learning and meaningful excursions
• Position: 80–100%

Start date: July/August 2026
