We are looking for a dedicated and experienced AMI Montessori Guide for the 6–12 age group to join our team starting August/September 2026

Requirements:

• EU passport (preferred)

• Fluent English (native/high proficiency level required)

• AMI Montessori training for the 6–12 age

AMI Montessori training for the 12-18 age group is an asset due to planned school expansion

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Montessori environment

• Passion for guiding children with respect, independence, and curiosity

• Experience working in an international school (high turnover, multilingual and multicultural communities, children who don’t speak English as their primary language)

• Experience working with special needs children

Important Practical Consideration

Please note that Denmark has a high cost of living. Candidates relocating with dependents are encouraged to carefully consider the financial implications of relocating on a single income. Additionally, the school is not permitted to waive or subsidize school fees for employees’ children.
