Village Montessori School at our Shenandoah campus is seeking a lovely, kind, and graceful Montessori guide to take over our beautifully prepared 3-6 classroom. The ideal candidate is Montessori-trained, with AMS or AMI certification preferred, though we are open to other credentials that align with AMS standards. This position is available immediately, with the goal of ensuring a smooth transition and full readiness to lead the class by the fall of 2025.

We are looking for someone who embodies the Montessori philosophy with patience, warmth, and a deep respect for each child’s independence and growth. The right candidate will have strong classroom management skills, excellent communication, and a passion for guiding young learners in a nurturing and engaging environment. Fluency in English is a must, and Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Our school offers a supportive and welcoming Montessori community, where educators are valued and encouraged to grow. We provide relocation compensation for those moving to join our team, and salary is based on experience.
