Webster Montessori School seeks an experienced Primary Lead Teacher to join our nurturing, child-centered Montessori community beginning in the 2026-27 school year.

Our ideal candidate has an AMI or AMS Primary Certification and a minimum of three years of experience leading a Montessori primary classroom or similar environment. They are passionate about child-centered education, adaptable, innovative, and collaborative.

This full-time position involves ensuring a supportive, enriching, and inclusive Montessori environment.

Start date of August 2026, compensation of $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.
