Cancellation and Refunds Policy

If you wish to cancel all items or a number of items of your AGM events registration, you may be eligible for a partial refund if an e-mail notification is received by AMI in time.

The deadlines for notifying AMI and corresponding refund implications are as follows:

  • Before 4 April, 2020: The participant will be eligible for a refund of 90% of the registration fees paid.
  • Between 4 April and 14 April, 2020: The participant will be eligible for a refund of 60% of the registration fees paid.
  • Refunds will not be made for cancellations received later than 14 April, 2020. 

If you are unable to attend entirely, you may also transfer your complete registration to someone else, free of charge. Please contact AMI if you wish to use this option.
